- Factory recommended maintenance. Maintenance scheduled according to factory recommended intervals for your vehicle make and model.
- Free Pit Stop – Cars for Keeps clients are welcome to stop in anytime for a free Pit Stop, which entails an inspection all of the vital fluids and systems, including wipers, belts, hoses, tires and lights, to ensure your ride is ready for the next season. - Express lube, oil and filter change. Express oil change services are perfect for when you need to get it done and get back on the road quickly. Service includes draining the engine oil, replacing the oil filter, checking other fluid levels and a basic safety inspection.
- Full service lube, oil and filter change. This includes a more thorough drain of the engine oil, replacing the oil filter, checking and filling other fluids, inspecting tires, shocks and brakes along with a 24 point safety inspection.
- Wheel balancing. Some things are better when shaken – your car is not one of them! Most vibrations we solve are wheel balancing related. The wheel/tire assembly is the largest mass on your vehicle, spinning faster than most other components. Each assembly weighs around 25 pounds. At 60 miles per hour, as little as 1/4 ounce can make quite a difference in vibration. Since 2005 we have used lead free balancing weights to help make sure your ride is smooth and eco-friendly.
- Windshield wipers/washer replacement. Working windshield wipers are important to your car’s safety during inclement weather, and should be replaced every 6 months. Cars for Keeps installs wipers and will adjust the spray of your washers FREE – you only pay for parts.
- Battery service. Each of our maintenance services includes a thorough battery test to ensure the battery is performing up to standards. A weak battery may start your vehicle for months before ultimate failure, forcing the alternator or starter to work harder than it should. Many alternator and starter failures can be traced directly to battery or battery cable weakness and failure.
