Early Bird Dropoff
If you have a need for early drop off, there is a key drop slot in the front door, with envelopes provided for describing your repair needs and for your signature to properly authorize repair amounts. Arrangements may be made if you need a late pick up of your vehicle, or for vehicle delivery where you will not be present for payment. A printable form is here.

Customer Service
If the unexpected occurs, we’re just a phone call away. Ask for our Service department. After hours messages are checked frequently, and the number for Tri-cities Towing is listed. We take good care of our customers.

Recordkeeping
All of your service records are stored on computer for faster, more thorough access. Should you have any questions about your vehicle’s service history for warranty or other reasons, your service records are available immediately.

Scheduling & Appointments
We know that having a vehicle out of service for repair and arranging transportation is very inconvenient. Our goal is to keep your vehicle for a minimal amount of time. We are able to complete most work on an appointment basis, and meeting your deadlines is our pleasure.

Many of our customers prefer to wait while we service their car. We are prompt with appointments, so the most efficient way to have your vehicle serviced while you wait is during the morning hours. If this does not work best for you, then arrangements can be made with your Customer Service Advisor. Should you need a nearby ride, please let us know when you schedule your appointment and we will gladly get you where you need to go.
