Cars for Keeps did a great job checking over a Mercury Sable that I was considering purchasing from an individual. They inspected it for less than $24 and gave me peace of mind on my purchase. I don’t pay much attention to price when I’m having my vehicle worked on, so I honestly can’t tell you how these guys compare with other people. The thing that has sold me on them is this:

1) Quality. They use good parts, and they take their time. They do quality work, and I trust them with my $60k vehicle.

2) Effort & Hunger. When you think of auto mechanics, typically you think of people who are set in their ways, and are very old fashioned. These guys are refreshingly different. They use the Internet, email, and SMS services to keep you up to date, and they obviously continue to learn more and more, even about the newest models.

I’m from out of town, and will only live in Grand Haven for another few months. I’ll be very sorry to say goodbye to these guys.
