Oil Change Recommendations:
Changing your engine oil regularly is the best insurance for a long, trouble free life from your car. We recommend changing engine oil at three thousand mile or three month intervals. The reminder decal that we will place on the upper left corner of your windshield is an indicator of the mileage or date that the next service is due.

Maintenance Recommendations:
We follow manufacturers' recommendations for maintenance intervals. These recommendations vary from model to model so we maintain a database of information on all of the models that we service. If you have any questions about your vehicle's maintenance needs or records, we can help.

Warrantees:
We sell NAPA parts that meet or exceed the Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEM) specifications. Most repairs are covered by the NAPA Nationwide "Peace of Mind" warranty. Manufacturer's warranties vary from 6 months or 6,000 miles to a limited lifetime warranty. When available, we use high quality remanufactured parts that are generally more economical and often have an equal or longer warranty than new parts. Our standard warranty covers workmanship for 12 months or 12,000 miles whichever comes first.

A 3-year, 36,000-mile warranty is available on most repairs.

Only in the most extreme cases are used parts ever installed, if this is the case it will only be with your full knowledge and permission. (This typically is just to get the vehicle back on the road.)

Payment:
At the completion of services, payment and can be made with your check, Debit Card, MasterCard, VISA, American Express or cash. We now offer the additional option of bank card pre-authorization with your signature on file. This allows us to pick up and deliver your vehicle for routine services without you having to do a thing but place a phone call. This method requires a onetime, in-person setup.

Inventories:
To quickly serve our customers' needs, we stock a wide variety of quality NAPA and OEM parts . Wherever possible, original equipment suppliers are used. In the event that a hard to find part is needed, we use a national parts location network. When it's less expensive to FedEx a part than to rent a car we will let you know your options!

Towing:
If the need for towing your vehicle should arise, we recommend Tri-cities towing at 842-9610. Their crew will handle your car professionally and deliver it promptly. If after-hours' service is required they are also familiar with our drop off procedures.

Environmental:
We recycle and dispose of wastes responsibly. Our waste oil and coolant are documented, removed and traced to their final destinations by a certified hazardous waste removal company. There are no surprise hazardous waste fee's when you pick up your vehicle.

Customer Referral Program:
We realize that most of our customers come through referral by other customers that have had a satisfying experience with Automotive Advantage. We thank you! As a token of our appreciation for your referral, we offer referred customers our superior service, and our referring customer's receive a free gift! (Some restrictions apply. Rental Car Availability:
We offer several in house rental vehicles for our clients, we also work closely with several area rental car companies to assure that our customers receive preferred treatment. They have made the commitment that vehicles will be readily available. There are several optional programs and over 40 different models from which to choose. To encourage the timely maintenance of your vehicle, Automotive Advantage will pay for half of the cost of one day's entry-level rental with any regularly scheduled maintenance service (does not include oil change).
